Medical Management: Our doctors are therapeutically licensed optometrists and are more than happy to see you if you are experiencing any eye difficulties. We are able to do everything from treat "pink eye," to remove foreign bodies, to ocular surgery co-management, to glaucoma diagnosis and treatment. Pediatrics: We welcome youngsters daily as new patients in our practice and we are honored that you trust us with your little loved ones. We are proud to participate in InfantSEE screenings and Realeyes School Presentations.
Surgical Co-management: Our doctors are experienced at co-managing surgical procedures with local ophthalmologists, from cataract removal and LASIK to eyelid repair.
Vision Therapy: Vision therapy is defined as a doctor-supervised, non-surgical and customized program of visual activities designed to correct specific vision problems and/or improve visual skills. More info here.
Low Vision Rehabilitation: For patients who have permanently reduced vision, much can be done to help magnify, yet not restore, vision so that activities of daily living can be accomplished. Occasionally this requires a home visit by an occupational therapist.
Facilities and Equipment
Our office has a full optometric clinic with state-of-the-art equipment including a an Optos wide-field retinal imaging system, an optical coherence tomographer (OCT), and a retinal camera. Our office is wheelchair accessible with one exam room dedicated to that purpose. We have a contact lens area dedicated to providing insertion and removal (I&R) training for new contact lens wearers, as well as a large inventory of contact lenses, for both trial and purchase. Finally, we have a full service optical, offering a large selection of frames.
