Our Practice
Northwest EyeCare Professionals' office at 3360 Tremont Road is OPEN and taking requests for appointments for routine eye care, emergency care, and eyewear selection or repair. 

We follow the CDC Coronavirus Mask Guidelines and monitor Franklin County's COVID-19 Community Level weekly.  Our masking guidelines are as follows:

• Low (Green):  Masks Optional for Patients; Masks Optional for Staff
• Medium (Yellow):  Masks Optional but Encouraged for Patients; Masks Required for Staff
• High (Red):  Masks Required for Patients; Masks Required for Staff
