Please be aware that we are working toward implementing electronic medical records so that moving forward we can not only meet government guidelines and standards, but so that we can also provide even better customer service to you our patients.  We understand that there may be some bumps in the road as we roll out this new system and procedure, but we are committed to as smooth a transition as possible.  So that we can prepare to go live with the system on Feb. 1, our office will be closed during certain hours for staff training on the following dates:   Tues 1/31 from 3-5pm, Wed 2/1 from 4-5, On Thurs Feb 9 we will open late at 9:30 and then on Fri Feb 10 we will  be closed from noon to 1 for a staff meeting.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We appreciate your patience and understanding, knowing that you remain our priority.  If necessary leave us a voicemail with the best phone number to reach you and we will return your call promptly.
