Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Northwest EyeCare Professionals, our doctors reserve dedicated time for each patient to ensure a thorough, attentive, and personalized care experience. We respectfully ask for your partnership in honoring scheduled appointment times.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to a $50 no-show fee.
This fee:
• Is not billable to insurance
• Is the patient’s responsibility
• May be applied to the patient account or charged to the card on file
*Outstanding no-show fees must be resolved prior to scheduling future appointments.*

Missed appointments impact not only our doctors and staff, but also other patients who may be waiting for care. This policy allows us to maintain timely access, clinical efficiency, and a high standard of service for all patients.
