We are participating providers in several major vision and health care plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. We will explain to you what your insurance allows and any charges that will not be covered. Non-covered fees are due at the time of service.

Insurance may pay all, some, or none of your bill, so please remember that any charges not covered are your responsibility.
If your vision and eye care is covered by any other plan, we ask that you pay us directly at the time of service. We will then give you a receipt which contains all the information necessary for you to obtain allowable reimbursement from your insurance company.
